《新兵正傳》（英語：Ah Boys To Men）是2012年的一部新加坡電影，由梁智强執導及編劇，主要演員則完全使用了全新的面孔。為了紀念新加坡國民服役制度45周年，梁智强以300万新幣制作了這部電影來作為回報。在 NS（National Service）45 “From Fathers To Sons” 運動，這部電影表達了現今青少年如何走出自己的舒適生活和學習保衛國家的重要性。這是新加坡全新的大制作電影，里頭包含了梁氏搞笑和好萊塢式的戰爭場面。這也是第一部到德光島實地拍攝、新加坡陷入戰爭、使用最多視覺效果、先進軍用武器的新加坡電影。本電影在新加坡才上映短短6個星期，票房已攀升到了603万新幣，打破了梁導的紀錄，也榮登了新加坡影史上最賣座的華語片。電影也參考了台灣軍教劇《新兵日記》做為劇情參考。
這個故事被分成兩部電影，上集為《新兵正傳》，于2012年11月8日在新加坡上映，至今票房已達616万新元，超越《錢不夠用》成為歷史上最賣座的新加坡電影；而下集《新兵正傳II》將在2013年2月7日上映。
